Launtel's local service is what makes us unique.  Telecommunication providers are normally large faceless organisations - not us!

We are based here in Launceston and the service is local. The support person you speak to on the phone will be the person who comes and visits your house or business. No re-explaining, no hours spent on the phone to a call centre... If we can't diagnose and promptly fix your problem over the phone, we'll come out and take a look for ourselves.

We provide three levels of technical support: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

Bronze level support

Phone support between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). On site support is charged at an hourly rate.

This is the standard free support level that is available to everyone who buys a service from us.  It is most suitable to those clients who have a reasonable level of technical knowledge.  They can configure their email clients and know how to connect their wireless devices.

It includes phone support during business hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Outside of these hours you may leave a message and one of our friendly staff will phone you back as soon as possible.

If you do require a technician to visit then there will be a call out fee and an hourly rate charge applied.  Technician visits are during business hours.

 

Silver level support

Phone support between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).  On site support is free.

This support level is $20 per month.  It is the most affordable and is perfect for those people who want things to just work and have the piece of mind that a technician will come out to help set up your email or connect your wireless devices to the internet.

This support level includes phone support during business hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.  Outside of these hours you may leave a message and one of our friendly staff will phone you back as soon as possible.

If you do require a technician to visit your house then there is NO CHARGE.  Technician visits are during business hours.

 

Gold level support

This support level is $40 per month and is for those people who want support outside of business hours.  You work all day and the last thing you want to do is try and work out why the internet is not working. 

This support level includes phone support during the hours of 8am to 10pm seven days a week.

Outside of these hours you may leave a message and one of our friendly staff will phone you back as soon as possible. 

If you do require a technician to visit then there is NO CHARGE.  Technician visits are during the hours of 8am to 10pm seven days a week.
